You may not transfer, sell, or assign your id8888 account or any associated balances or rights to another person. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable.

Deposits: id8888 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱20. All deposits are credited to your id8888 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). General bonus terms applicable to all id8888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable law has been breached.

All content on the id8888 platform — including but not limited to the id8888 name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, audio-visual elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of id8888 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the id8888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any id8888 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, id8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if id8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

id8888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, id8888 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and reserve the right to forfeit balances where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed. Where termination is not due to player fault, id8888 will return any remaining real-money (non-bonus) balance to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

You may close your id8888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable pending transactions.

PAGCOR's dispute resolution process provides an independent review channel for eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 above.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

id8888 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, id8888 will provide reasonable notice by posting an announcement on the platform and/or sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of id8888 following notification of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using id8888 and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.
